HOW TO RETURN GARMENTS PURCHASED AT TALL GUY ONLINE
There will be instructions placed in your parcel, all the required information is there. A returns form should have been packed with your garments. You can download the returns form in the menu item EXCHANGE/RETURNS.
To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require on the form follow the instructions on the form we have packed with your goods.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
For a refund or exchange the following criteria must be passed:
- Do you have a receipt or Order #?
- Was the garment purchased within 28 days?
- The garment must have it's original swings tags, packaging and labels.
- The garment must not have been worn (apart from "trying it on" for fit)
- The Garment must be clean and in original condition.
- You must be the purchaser. Tall Guy will not accept deceased estates.
